Jano Power Signs 1GW Wind-Solar-Storage Integration Project with Sichuan City

Jano Power recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement with a city government in Sichuan Province for a 1GW integrated wind-solar-storage project.
Jano Power has officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with a city government in Sichuan Province to jointly develop a 1GW integrated wind-solar-storage clean energy project.
The project, with a total investment of approximately RMB 6 billion, includes 600MW of solar power, 300MW of wind power, and 100MW/200MWh of energy storage facilities. Once completed, it is expected to generate approximately 1.2 billion kWh annually, saving about 360,000 tons of standard coal and reducing CO2 emissions by approximately 960,000 tons per year.
"We view this collaboration as a significant milestone in our strategy to expand in the western region's clean energy market," said Jano Power's Chairman. "We will leverage our full industry chain advantages to ensure high-standard, high-quality construction and operation, contributing to the local green and low-carbon development."
Construction is scheduled to begin in the second half of 2026, with full grid connection expected by 2028. It will become one of the largest wind-solar-storage integrated projects in Sichuan Province.
